You are undoubtably looking for one of the hardest to find of American double barrel manufacturer catalogues. From what I know there was a small pocket catalogue issued in 1904 that pictured an A-Grade on the cover, and two versions of a full art catalogue with an E-Grade pictured on the cover dated 1905. The cuts of the A- to E-Grades from the 1905 catalogue are reproduced in McIntosh's book. There does appear to be two different versions of the art catalogue, as the cover shown on page 76 of McIntosh's book is different than the cover shown in J. Douglas Tinsley's article on the C.William Haywood, E-Grade, in The Double Gun Journal, Volume Two, Issue 1, Winter 1990, page 98. I'm guessing that if any rightious, decent condition, Philadelphia Arms Co. catalogue ever appears on ebay, the bidding will shoot passed the market price of the average Philadelphia Arms Co. A-grade in a heartbeat.
