Fox Gun Club, Philadelphia?

Do we have any information about the Fox Gun Club in North Philly, Cedar Park Lane and Ogontz Avenue, just off North Broad Street? It was in action in the early and mid teens, maybe later and hosted some big name shooters. In 1913, a "recently built new clubhouse" was mentioned. In 1913 and 1914, apparently William Gough was secretary of the Fox Club as well as the Philadelphia Shooting Academy.

Perhaps a bit off topic, but I was searching for info on William H. Gough recently and found this link that has some nice closeup photos of an A1 Parker supposedly made for Czar of Russia and said to be engraved by Gough:

Billy Gough was already head of the engraving shop at the A.H. Fox Gun Co. at the time the Parker Bros. A 1-Special, that maybe, possibly, in some convoluted way, maight be linked to Czar Nikki II, was made. Billy's Dad, Harry, might be a better candidate to have engraved that Parker.

Yes, I was just repeating what was stated on the web link and wondered why a Fox engraver would work on a competitors gun.

I don't mind going off from my original subject to see the best closeup pictures of the "Czar's Gun" that I have seen to date. Also was impressed by the Arnold Griebel pictures and some of his old work. My Griebel engraved and gold inlaid Model 32 Remington, a gift from a shooting buddy, is a gun I thought I would never be able to afford after spending my teen years drooling over his engraving pictures in Gun Digest.

Do you know what positions Gough and his daughter held at the Philadelphia Shooting Academy?......and for what years. I thought I read in McIntosh that Gough founded the P.S.A.

All I know at the present time is that in the 1913-1914 period, William Gough was "secretary" of the Fox Gun Club and the Philadelphia Shooting Academy. This information is from la84foundation.com. When I was doing research on Fox at the Library of Congress I found a little magazine article about Leaphy Gough, including a picture of her, working as the records keeper or some such at the Philadelphia Shooting Academy. I sent a copy to McIntosh, but apparently didn't keep a copy for myself! I've looked through my stuff for it several times with no luck.

I have a J Grade SBT that according to my Callahan letter states that William Gough was the original consignee. The letter never mentioned the second barrel, I guess William just walked over and had one made for it.

Letter states:

This Fox trap gun was completed at the Philladelphia, PA factory of A.H. Fox Gun Co. and was made for their inventory. The original consignee is entered as "Gough" This of course was W.H. Gough who was head of the engraving department at Fox. Regrettably there is no date shown, but would have occured circa 1920 or 1921.
