Need help with gun that was inherited...

Post by DorkFish »

Hi there,

I found your board in the process of my research. I am trying to find out any information that I can about a gun that was left to me. I don't have any history, just the gun.

I would love to know how much it is worth and any info about it.

Thank you in advance!!

I wasn't sure if that was the serial number or not...

Any way to determine the value?

The condition looks very poor. I would guess $300-$500. If the gun was in high condition I would guess $2300-$2700.

Like the man said, very very cool serial number 48....condition, condition, condition and/or some stellar provenance drives value. Congrats on a neat very early Fox.
