anyone know any qualified company in the knoxville tn area that could refinish the stock of my fox thanks

Clint is not in the Knoxville area but he does very good work at reasonable prices. If you don't want to remove the stock from the action yourself Clint is a FFL holder so the entire transaction can be done by mail.
