If possible, could you take a picture of the watertable. Could this be a prototype before they had dies to roll the name?
Thanks

I'll be back home in a week and will take a picture for you... not likely a prototype as it over 100 serial numbers from 50000... I have seen a very early one as well that was engraved and might be able to see if the water table is any different but I'm guessing the patents will all be the same as the early graded guns.

As an FYI... by at least gun 50288, "The Sterlingworth Co" is no longer engraved.... I can not say there was a "hard" changover as that seemed rare at Fox... it does appear from my searching around that the Wayne Junction address was not changed over at a single serial number.
Cheers!
