Fox gets the ducks

Post by fox-admin »

The flight ducks are finally starting to arrive after a very slow few weeks. Next week calls for colder weather so the flight birds should really start to move.

Ralph: It's an early A that Foxist was kind enough to sell to me, the new HE hasn't made a trip to the duck blind and I don't think it ever will while in my possession.

What kind of shells (factory, reloads, shot size, etc ?) are you shooting in the Fox A grade on the canard mallard?

I only shoot handloads, 1 1/8oz bismuth or 1 1/8oz niceshot. If I was to by factory loads for waterfowl, RST's would be my only choice.

Craig

I recently started reloading & it's too late for this year but for use next year, would you be kind enough to post your recipe for these two loads?

Great picture Craig!! Nice to see that "Old A" getting the game. That gun has nice high stock for an early gun. Paul
