Thanks to a couple of good friends made here, including the previous owner, I will have a new to me tool for bird hunting this fall.
The a fore mentioned Funky Chicken Gun.
A few more images are linked in the XE Favorite guns section of this forum.
The color difference is due to me playing with the lighting. The first shot is most accurate.
Thanks for looking. Now lets go shoot stuff.

That finsihes your set doesn't it? 12, 16, and now 20 gauge?
Very very nice.
Best,
Mike
In my dreams Mike, those XE 16's are hard to come by, but rub it in
Actually I guess we would have to have all gauges in all grips and a barrel lengths to have a complete sets.
I wonder how many XE 16 ga 32"r's are out there? I guess it will be a while before we know that.
Bobbie, I know you have those 32" graded small bore barrels stashed somewhere.

Beautiful! I will never call a chicken "funky" again and I can't do the dance either. I think you could at least consider sending it to me to shoot a chicken with, afterward which I will return at least the chicken for comparison. Of course chickens are getting scarce so it may take a couple of years or so, give or take. I envy you guys back there sometimes, we just don't see much except Sterly's out here occasionally. Happy shooting! Lee.
