Congratulations to the winners and all the participants. My mind immediately and selfishly went to what were the beautiful boomsticks and attributes our winners had in hand.
I love how their chosen implements were different places in the Fox spectrum along with 1 being a 16 (love) as well.

Re: Preferred Cases for various tasks
Great information, I have noticed the cases at Holt’s and also have used Brady fishing bags for years, great quality. I would think with some of the vintage cases some would be getting them refinished if going that route to a degree. So many lovely choices for short trips, longer trips, travel, and ...

Re: Preferred Cases for various tasks
Based on my northeast location, moving across state borders frequently that require a hard locked case etc I have adopted a hybrid style for years. Used the long hard cases, but they take up so much space and are a pain. Also have used the slip when around the hunting locations. Even with that thoug...

Preferred Cases for various tasks
Have done some reading here and there , but am wondering what the various preferences are for one’s doubles to be nested in. Also if you mind giving a brand or maker to put to these. This obviously covers several different case ideas for these different situations, just trying to start a convo on it...

Back at it
Earlier in life I had been an active upland hunter, but then life happened as it does. Was fortunate this Fall to have been invited out by some friends who are avid upland hunters as I now have more free time. I took full advantage of days offered to go out and went a little overboard with my time a...

Re: A.H. Fox B Grade
Silvers,
I already placed the gathering on my 2025 schedule of events that a friend and I are hoping to attend. When briefly chatting about it (Side by Side at Hausmann's) he pointed out there might be some fly fishing at hand. Joined the AHFCA as well.

Welp , snipers came through and it’s gone not to me. Would still take the proper New England / North East names for future reference. Thanks again to all.

Re: A.H. Fox B Grade
Thank you very much to all of you that voiced opinions and information. Have some thinking to do I believe.
Also if anyone would care to offer a person or persons seen as appropriate problem solvers for said issues located in New England or the Northeast I would happily take suggestions.
