Late season woodcock.
We are winding down our woodcock season here in Virginia. Last day will be January 12. I’ll try to get out 3 or 4 more trips before things shut down. It’s been a good year so far. Here’s a few pics of my restocked 20 AE and a few snacks I took home.

Nice going, we are still seeing plenty of birds in Southern NJ along the bay but it has started to get spotty, as in here today, gone tomorrow in certain covers.

Nice pictures! Woodcock are such beautiful little birds it’s nice to see them displayed fittingly. Nice gun and good looking pooch.
