Ducks in Michigan
Sorry guys. I haven't been able to post pictures this year because, quite frankly, it's been a very slow duck season. There's plenty of ducks, but they haven't been cooperating. Opening morning (14th) I shot one very small woodie. The next day I scored 2 nice mallards, but it was pouring so hard that I had to use my Benelli. I just couldn't bring a Fox out in all that rain. This past Saturday morning was beautiful, but once again all I got was one woodie. However, listening to wings beating over my head and watching the sun come up over the cattails beats the heck out of raking leaves.
