Another older picture with my Sterlingworth. This picture was taken in the Handwerker Stand, the setting for Buckingham's story "De Shootinest Gent'man"

Thanks Rvans,

Brings back fond memories of hunting with Chubby.

We hunted together the last weekend he was proprietor of the club.

When our hunt concluded we checked a friend of his "YoYo's" and took home a nice mess of crappie.

We also stopped by what at that time was left of the "Handwerker's Stand" and carried home a few of the slat boards for prosterity and some mounts from the hunt.

A glorious era had come to an end.

Ahother great picture, Mr. rvans! About what year was this picture taken and how did you get access to that part of Bever Dam lake?

Stan, I was shooting Bismuth #5s 2 3/4". That gun is chambered 2 7/8"
Jim, probably 2003? I'd have to check. I was amember of a small club that leased the middle of Beaver Dam for 3 seasons. We had to give it up after 3 years because it got to expensive. Great years though.
