and as for atf regs, they would apply if stocker of gun became regularly engaged in firearms business in order to make a living at it...casual gunstocking work for casual profit is not considered a business...and, all interstate firearms shipments must be to an ffl...

My statements are based solely on YOUR comments that you have made in the past on other forums stating something to the idea that charging any more than $350 for restocking a gun was too much. As I recall it.
