I return every one of my gun's toplevers to center before storage, broken down. A very few will return to center and do not have a hold open feature. Many which do will protrude past the right side of the action and depress the lining in the bottom of the hard case, and rub the bluing off the edge of the lever end. And, under some conditions, may put excessive pressure on the lever and the hold-open catch.

Very, very nice gun, Jeff. You picked a good man to vet it for you. Only one possible problem I can see ............ Frank won't use up any of the gun's misses. :D

How true. I’m sure I’ll find some “misses”.

Just fooling around trying to "snip" some frames from that iPhone video. Double click on each frame to expand.

A "looper" clay target dropping into the right corner of the frame

Here's the wad and shot charge in line with the clay; cell video caught my favorite clays load 1 ounce at about 1180 muzzle speed.

Last frame shows a smoked clay with some random pieces beneath it

LOL! I'm just joking. I asked Frank to run a hundred rounds through it to makes sure it's okay, and he's having a lot of fun with it. Very few people can handle a gun like Frank, and if there is an issue, he'll let me know. I have two full cases of trap loads and I'm going to practice until I can make "diesel smoke". :)

Do we feel comfortable posting the serial number? Maybe there is a consecutive pair among us Fox collectors.

I don’t mind doing that, but please give me a couple of days. I’m waiting for a letter from Cody.
