Yes it has the correct Baltimore Arms. Baltimore Maryland but plate. Nothing altered on the gun.

Hi, I think I found a BAltimore Arms D grade double gun today. How can I find out more about it? Barrels are mirror and no dents. Locks up real tight. Very dirty, haven't cleaned it yet. Very excited as its strait grip and has at least 14" LOP which is great for me. http://i303.photobucket.com/...

Thank you KC for the additional pic. I may be wrong but it appears to me the triggerguard is not a factory piece. The tang seems to be uniform width rather than slimming toward the butt end, and its tail end isn't profiled like all straight grip Fox triggerguards I've seen. I'm thinking it may have...

OK, here you are. If anyone can share any history on this arm, I would certainly appreciate it. From a value or collectability standpoint, saying the gun has been reblued and stock refinished, has it been harmed?

It is a very nice gun. My guess is the barrels have been re-blued since the barrel flats are not finished with fancy file marks. The stock appears refinished due to the lack of any handling marks but it is very hard to tell from pictures. I am looking forward to getting my fingerprints on it at the...

If its original, I would says its very rare. one of 152 for sure.

Butt plate is finely checkered wood with no metal.
