Ok, great info, i was worried it was an indication a barrel was cut.

Did Fox sterlingworth barrels come from the factory with muzzles left bright or were they blued?

And more importantly how to recock them lol. I want to check the firing pin protrusion on my new Fox sterlingworth. What is the best way to decock and cock the gun without the barrels on? So much easier on my old hammer guns, lol!
