Why would someone rebore a fox from improved cylinder/ modified to cylinder/improved cylinder?

They wanted better skeet scores. Hunting grouse and woodcock in thick cover. Shooting Bobwhite over good pointing dogs.

Dave speaks of hunters using their Fox. Then you have the fellas that almost never shoot for practice and think "spray and pray" will make up for a lack of shooting skills.
