Maybe I've missed something, but what is the going rate for a twenty gauge sterlingworth these day's? I know prices are going up and they don't make our beloved guns anymore and one in like new condition if original brings a premium price.

You look this over and read the description and tell me if you would pay this price?

That's one ugly stock. Especially with the piece glued on the comb line.
Maybe it's a super rare option.

I might go for it if it had a white line on the pistol grip

Not all the guns on the Cabelas web site are owned by Cabelas. A lot of the out of line ones are just consignment. They have a pretty good idea what people will pay and usually buy and sell at more realistic prices.

Something funny looking about that butt stock, seems way to high at the comb and what I remember Sterlingworths were not fluted at the comb. ??????? jlrsbj

I checked the Cabela's gun against my 20 ga. SW (S/N: 254xxx); the comb looks the same as mine save for the odd inletted piece on the top of the stock. These guns all appear to have had a fair bit of DAH by modern standards?
