Mack's first said it would be available the first of July but now they are promising around August 15th. The price is around $3.40 a round.
in 100 round lots.

They also list Hevi Shot Classic loads in their paper catalog. It is less money but still not cheap. I assume it is too new for any testimonials?

The new Wildfowl magazine has a story about the Hevi Shot loads and how they worked on waterfowl. The magazine is up at my camp but, as I recall, they liked it. 2 3/4" shells in a model 12 Winchester as the test gun.

I just talked to the folks at Hevi shot and was told that the Classic is loaded to 8000 psi.
In addition, starting this next friday they will be offering rebates of $10 a box for up to 2 boxes or $50 per case of 10 boxes. One rebate per house hold.
Lets see, I have 2 households, 4 kids with households and a brother in law who only shoots steel.

This may work
