Mike McIntosh/Roe Clark didn't break down their count into extractor and ejector guns, but gave 1580 16-gauge A-/AE-Grades built in Philadelphia and another 1132 in Utica. Probably about the first 220 of those 1580 guns had the early style engraving.

Your gun falls in a serial number range I haven't recorded any information on. Up through 300499, most guns have the snap-on/-off forearms. The next gun I have recorded is 300708 and from there on up they are all Deeley latch forearms. Also, are the barrels Krupp or Chromox?

I had 300320 and it was second generation engraving and a snap on forearm like a Sterly.
