WTB Philly SW-16 factory grip cap, but plate w/screw

Getting my Philly fox 1928 16gauge restocked and need a factory original grip cap and screw, also original plastic but plate with screws Plate measures 4 7/8 long and 1 9/16 wide. Blue steel wood screws have a dome top, beveled slot head.
