Looking for info on original purchaser

The card for my early A 12ga shows "For: J M K Southwick Estate Co." The card is dated Nov. of 1912. I talked to an earlier owner of the gun and he seemed to remember the gun was initially shipped to Rhode Island. The only thing I have found is a Southwick Estate Co. in the U.K. which appears to be sort of like a county or area. I doubt the gun was shipped there. Wondered if maybe J M K could be someone's initials? But I can't see any reason there would be a Southwick Estate Co. in the U.S. unless it's a totally different thing. If anyone has any knowledge or input I'd appreciate hearing it...thanks.

You're welcome Phil. It would be great to be able to go back in time just to have an opportunity to walk around those types of shops.
