New DGJ

The new issue of Double Gun Journal arrived today and I just finished reading an excellent piece about the reunion of two Foxes that were of the same litter, so to speak. Steve C. Is the author, and also co-authored another Parker article in this same issue. Haven't read it yet, but it will be next!

Thanks for continuing to publish such interesting and informative work, Steve. My hat's off to ya'.

Is it possible that I am one of the first to receive their DGJ mailing this quarter? Maybe my postman traded in his mule for a horseless carriage.

Steve, you have definitely found your calling. Your writing is absolutely outstanding, and the pictures are fantastic. Love those 2nd generation grade B sixteens! Sorry I didn't comment sooner, but I got home from Florida at 1:30 this morning. Read your article while eating breakfast. Now, it's back to work. Jeff

Got mine on Saturday. Great Fox articles.

Owners of small bore B grades- the Fox world equivalent of the 1%.

I'm salivating waiting for mine.

I was there for the picture taking and did not expect the article until the spring at the soonest.

I feel like an expectant father!

I'm sure it will be a while before it gets here to the Washington/Idaho border, but at least we got to fondle the hell out of those two guns at Hausemann's back in June!!

Tool has become quite the bard. Nice job Steve.

Did anyone notice the subtle differences in the engraving, particularly on the top tang by the tang screw? Were these engraved side by side by two engravers? We'll never know.

Dawg, I'll let you know where one is.....after I buy it.

Nice job Steve!!!, I was lucky to handle both guns at Hausmann's. All late B's are very nice regardless of gauge.

Aw, you guys are messing with me. There is no "New" DGJ in the mail. Your joke is well taken, though.

The only thing better than reading Steve's article about the B's being reunited was holding one while reading Steve's article.

Sorry guys, just had to say it.

Merry Christmas!
