pad for super fox

Guys for a 25800 super that has a wrong pad what should be on the double of mine .Buttplate or what . Callahan letter has no info .Thanks for help an an early Merry Christmas wish .Jack

If the card does not call out a pad (normally a Jostam anti-flinch), the gun was shipped with a butt plate. From my experience many SF's have had recoil pads added. A pad makes sense on a waterfowl gun because the butt is sitting in water that accumulates in the bottom of a boat or blind. A pad is also a much more slip resistant.

Jack: Are you sure you have a Super Fox, the lowest serial number is 27800 for a Super Fox.

Eyes are not good .The number is 278 xx.Beavertail single trigger an pistol grip .#0 incher an Dam Heavy .30 incher .I have it about 50 plus years . jack
