Only piece missing is the cocking slide.

1916-17 production if I read the list correctly.

No wood, no barrels, not forend. Just the action with all internals (except the slide) and trigger guard. In the white, with some case color remaining on the action flats.

Not sure whether to make an interesting paperweight, part it out, or put it up for sale complete.

The cocking slide is not part of the action, but instead the barrels.

So, if we are talking about the same parts, then your action is complete.

The value of all the parts separately might be $200 ?

The value of the action complete would maybe be $50-100 depending on who is buying it.

Stripped frames make better paperweights than complete actions anyway.

There are some forend irons for sale on numrich. Find some barrels, and have a stock, and forend made, and have a neat gun, with a cool story to go with it. My Uncle has a Winchester model 12 that is like that. He bought half a gun, and had a gunsmith find the pieces to make the other half. That is what I would do. It is your frame do what you want with it.
