Please your help .I am using above 0ne ounce seven an half shells .It is a Philly double .Gun is hard to remove both shells after firing .I have to use another shell to use as a screwdriver to remove emptys out of the gun .Coalbin

I shoot RST shells in my Utica 16 ga Sterly all the time without issue. Do you notice a swelling anywhere in a fired shell when compared to a unfired shell ?

Try other brand shells and see what happens. Get you about 10 inches long hardwood dowel and scar it up from tip to about three inches down and wrap steel wool around hardwood dowel and polish your chambers using electric drill. put as much steelwool as will enter chambers Bobby

No swelling on shells just a son of a gun to remove fired shells .Bob willtry your idea .This 16 is my go to gun with my Ryman setter . coalbin

Sounds like a rough chamber for sure. I'd certainly try RST ammo in that gun as well as Bobby's idea of Steel Wool (0000 size). Can you see pitting in the chamber area? Also, assuming this is an extractor not and ejector gun?
