Fox Shotgun Reapir

I have recently received an old Fox 12 gauge that belonged to a deceased family member. From my research I found it was made in 1911 and it seems to be a pretty good shape, except for one thing. I cannot operate the barrel break lever, it seems to be jammed or something. As this gun is so old I do not want to try and take this thing apart myself, even though I have quite a bit of experience working on guns. I would like to know if any of you on here know of a good competent gunsmith that works on these guns that i could send this to to get it back in operational status. I live in Northeastern NC. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.
