Were early X grades small bores ever made with snap on forearms like the early A, B, C and D grades? Also, were they always ejector guns or were some of the early guns extractor? PS. I think I recall seeing this before somewhere, but honestly, the years are messing with my mind. Thanks, Guys (and gals).

Tom,i owned an early XE 20 gauge, one of the first made and it had snap on forend.I know of an early C grade 16 gauge without ejectors.I believe most had ejectors.I have an early XE snap on smallbore forend only complete in excellent original condition.Wish I had the rest of the gun! Bobby :)

Sent you a PM Bobby, but thought of another question. Is your XE snap on forend for a 20 or a 16 gauge??
