Thanks for posting pic's Mr. Mike. Glad you liked the work Birdawg, took quite a while to engrave/inlay the gun as I had to do it now and then when I could steal a few hours between other commissions.
The interesting thing about this piece is that it was marked "second" on bbl flat and water table. There were some cosmetic scratches on these areas so it wouldn't pass inspection. The dealer gave me a better price on gun after I pointed out it was a second (VBG). The stock was in poor shape as was the external finishes ---- I love bringing these sad cases back to life. Actualy the gun was in good mechanical shape so I had nothing to loose. Ken

Ken,
The more I see of your work the more I'm blown away by it! This is one fine Fox! I love how you kept the heritage of the high grades in the scroll work and then blended the game scenes to make a knock your socks off custom Fox.
This makes me even more determined to do a custom Fox!
Thanks for sharing great Christmas eye candy!
Paul

Thank-you for the very kind offer, Mr. Hurst. A visit to your shop would be great. I drive the Rt 95 corridor south from time to time, and will plan on stopping by at a time convenient to you. While having carried and shot old double barrels years ago hunting pheasant and deer in NJ, I am new to the finer, graded guns and appreciate any opportunity to learn more, Scott
