Early Fox Model C

I have thrown in the towel and stopped using Photobucket. It stinks. I am trying to use Flickr but do not really know how yet so if this does not work I apologize. I think a link to the whole picture file will appear instead of just a few pictures though. I can't seem to figure out how to do individual photos. I take alot of pictures to hopefully get a few good ones so I apologize in advance as some are better than others.
Anyway, I went to Hausman's Hollow with adequate funds to buy just about anything I saw if I wanted it bad enough. But, in the back of my mind I knew I could have this C at home if I did not let it slip out of my hands. There was some really nice stuff there but in the end the C won out so I went home and bought it.

Hey Romac,
I use Flickr exclusively for my photos, and once you've got your photos up on the site, it's actually really easy to post them here in the forum. I tried to access the link you have below, but it seems the photo may be marked as private, so I'd first look into that.
To do an individual photo, open the picture in Flickr and look at the bottom right for the little picture of a box with an arrow coming out of it. When you hover over it, it will say " more ways to share". Click on that link and it will give you several options. You want to choose "Grab the HTML/BBCode". Then click the radio button for BBCode. You can also choose the size of the photo you want to display, and I usually choose the Medium size, as the Fox site will re-size anything larger anyway. Once you've done that, you just copy all that code in the window and paste it right into your post. When you preview your post, it should display the single picture. If you want to display multiple pictures at once, just keep copying the code for each picture and paste them one after the other. Once you've done this a few times, you'll notice that it actually posts two links, one is the picture, and the second is a link that shows the title, etc. I usually end up pasting all of it and then deleting the title link.
Hope that helps,
Mike

Thanks, maybe my privacy settings were stopping me from seeing that. I'll give it a try.
I think it is working.

Nice find! I was looking at the C grade at Hausmann's for sale, but opted instead for a GH O frame 16 Parker that I bought after selling a couple of guns at the shoot. I did however shoot my pin gun and a n A grade 16 while there.
I too, can no longer get Photobucket to work after using it successfully for a couple years. I will see if I can use Flicker.

ROMAC, You now own what I covet. I dearly want a C grade, but the gun kitty is being sucked up by my 16ga project, and a restocking of a 12ga SW that I saved from the rust bin. What I really need is more discretionary income. By the way, how is your 16ga project coming?

It is going slow, but Dan Rossiter has everything that he needs to make major progress. I hope to have a final fitting for the stock by August. I would like to have it at the the engraver to start engraving by the end ofthe year but that might be too aggressive.

Really a sweet gun. I love the ones I have and miss the ones I have sold.
