My Fox CE grade Serial #19311

I joined the Assoc. late in 2012 and bought a CE grade Fox Serial #19311 12 ga 30" barrels pistol grip stock but have never used my free one time Fox Card identification priviledge. can you send me info on my gun. I did not see a specific place to do this on the website so here it is. if I need to go elsewhere let me know.
