Low Recoil/Low Noise Winchester shotshells?

I'm fairly new to this forum and wonder if Winchester's AA "Low Recoil Low Noise Target Load" is acceptable in Fox fluid steel Krupp-Essen barrels? Not knowing the pressure, a box of 12ga, 2-3/4", 26 grams, 8 shot says the shells have 50% less recoil with a velocity of only 980 fps. Winchester's website doesn't mention pressures.
So....my question is, "Are these shell's pressures low enough for the Krupp steel barrels? I wonder how they compare to the RST shotshells.
The 1912, s/n 19889 AE grade Fox I have was my grandfather's. I know I hunted ducks and doves with this gun back in the '60s and surely must have used hi-brass shells. I know we talked about using modern shells in it but I recall all the shell boxes at that time seemed to only say do not use in Demascus(sp?) barrels.
