"Dillon" - Order Card Destination

The word "Dillon" is entered on the bottom aka "For" line of an order card for a DE 12 gauge. The serial number is in the 19,xxx range. The gun was initially made without safety as a pigeon gun would be. It has an early style, higher grade safety now.

Was "Dillon" a retailer, a Fox employee or?
Thanks,
Bill
