20ga NE SW for Daughter Need Stock / Info Ideas

My 14 yr old daughter has wanted to start hunting with her one year old GWP and wanted to learn to shoot a two trigger SXS.
I found a really nice Philly SW 20ga NE 28" that weighs 5 lbs 13 oz. The bad part is the butt stock has been butchered beyond use with a White Line Pachmayr pad and 3/8 " spacer and the lop is still only 12 1/2" with a ton of drop.
I know a lot of 16 and 20 ga Sterlingworths have been upgraded with new stocks. My questions are :what are the odds of a take off stock fitting on her gun? Will the takeoffs still have a 3" drop? Will the Savage era guns fit and will they have more shootable dimensions? Can you bend a Philly stock enough for shootable dimensions?
Would I be better off having a new butt stock built? What are some options on getting a new butt stock for her? Any recommendations on stockers? Noticed Wenigs has a pattern for a ladies gun, does anyone know what Wenigs charges for a finnished butt stock only? The guns forearm is like new. We will also need a nice Black Walnut blank for the butt stock, any reccomendations where to purchase one and the estimated price?
If you would prefer to pm me my email is paulcolorado1956@gmail.com
Thank you in advance.

Over time the corner where the top tang comes into the frame evolved from a very wide radius curve --

to a small radius curve --

to a virtually right angle in the Savage years --

It is highly unlikely that a take-off stock would be a fit, and I know several stockmakers who won't take on such a project as the time involved to achieve a good fit is more than is cost effective. Likewise a take-off will most likely have as much drop. Far better (but not cheap) to have a new stock made to your daughter's dimensions with new wood which will stand up far better than most 70 to 100 year old used/oil soaked wood.

Someone is selling Fox Sterlingworth pre inletted and 90% shaped stocks on ebay pretty reasonably. Completing the in-letting is no easy chore but a talented armature with the right tools and skills could do a credible job pretty reasonably.
