ATF Shotgun Barrel Length

There are a set of Fox Barrels on eBay that are 17 1/2 inches long. I'm not positive but I believe ATF rules state 18 inch minimum length or they are a 10K dollar headache
. Is 18 inches the minimum?

18" is the minimum if installed on a gun. I can't see much to salvage in these barrels unless you need an extractor or a forend lug.

The only salvage would be to weld in permanent extended choke tubes. Then one might have a set of 19" barrels whioh would be good for what?
Yup, not worth one's time.
