PAC gun restocked

Finally! I finished the restock on the Philadelphia Arms Company gun. I was lucky enough to have the original grip cap and buttplate and screws. Here are some before and after photos. Jerry

very close to original for sure! It would trick even those that have seen several PAC guns!! Really great looking and checkering is spot on.

Good job!. Glad to see another one saved. I have #1738 that I thought was in bad shape until I saw your before picture and mine is looking much better.I'm leaning towards some mechanical repairs only and leaving the character wear/scars as is. Maybe I will post some pictures and start a post for comments. Andrew has already given me some good ideas.
