Fox Collectors

Just recently acquired this Fox A grade 16 gauge out of a local classified. Just looking for any additional information or input on the gun. All serials number match. Just looking to hear some of the members opinion or input on the gun. Thanks

Congratulations! A 16 ga. A grade is a wonderful gun. When you get a chance, maybe you could share the barrel length, weight, chokes and LOP with us. Also, as you know, you could request a card for this gun which would provide you with the original configuration.

Will you be hunting with this fine gun? I’m hoping that you’ll share some hunting pictures with the group. Jeff

Also, it very likely has 2 9/16 inch chambers so be careful shooting current production 2 3/4" ammo out of it.

And as Jeff suggests above, share some more info on the gun. It looks like a very nice one.

I sent a private message to the fox-admin requesting a card. Was that correct? I would love to hunt with the gun but now I must begin the search for 2 9/16 ammo. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks again!

RST is your best source for 2 1/2” shells. Due to supply chain issues, availability can be spotty. They’re not cheap, but they’re good shells.

Here is the production card. Some clarification on what the barrels are choked would be appreciated. Thank You
