I was wondering if anyone knows a good gunsmith in New Jersey that works on old double barrels.

Not sure where in Jersey you're located or what you're looking to have done, but I've used Winters Specialties in Berlin. Not only does Joe do good work at a reasonable cost, but his gun collection is worth the visit.

G&H is in NJ. They certainly have a few gunsmiths who work on classic doubles.
