Hi Folks, I just discovered that my AE Grade( 12 gauge, 30" 1 weight barrels) has a left handed cast off. The gun is all original and in excellent condition ( despite some slight mid-bore pitting ). Would the LH cast off been a special order ??? Added value ?? I have not gotten a letter back from JT Callahan yet as I just sent it out. If any one out there has any info on Fox's with factory LH cast off it would greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Are the triggers sloped for a left-handed shooter? While general stock dimensions were to order on graded Ansley H. Fox guns, cast-off (or -on) was $5 extra. Also, a Monte Carlo stock was $7.50 extra.

Yes, the triggers are sloped for LH shooters. It does not have a monte carlo stock.

Better dispose of that LH Fox....To me!

We southpaws have been bending RH stocks and triggers for proper fit for years. I have one true LH double and a few altered ones. I would be willing to adopt your poor backwards shotgun into my fold.
