For GA boys like us pintails are very special, indeed. We never see them when hunting around here. Though both my grandsons, and my son, had hunted there with me in the past on different occasions we had never been there all together, and none of them had ever had the chance to shoot a pintail. Last thing that morning saw a group of six come into the flooded bottoms. Two of them did not leave. We just don't see many of them do that, at that blind. Occasionally one will be mixed in with some mallards and come in with them. Almost unheard of to see six in a wad like that. My grandsons were ecstatic. I was ecstatic seeing them so excited.

Pins are among the most beautiful waterfowl in flight, to me.

Congrats indeed. Also, I think I see a Black Hawkins pad on that Super. Do not see many of those around and they do look nice a big boomer.
