- I am shooting a Fox 16G AE ( my favorite bird gun) my son-in-law is shooting a Ithaca 20g.

Any more details you can share with us?
The Webb Farm - where might that be?
Did you use dogs? Pictures of them?

The Webb Farm is in Ellerbe NC. Just North of the South Carolina border. West of Hwy 95. A great quail hunting venue. The birds are pre-release into manicured guail habitat. Most points will be a covey rise. The dogs are pointing breeds and once the covy is pointed a flushing dog ( most are English cockers) is given the command to flush. The dogs are beautifully trained. I grew up hunting wild birds (50's & 60's) and The Webb Farm comes closest to replicating that as any quail lodge I have ever hunting.

Hey Bill,
Thanks for those extra details of your hunt.
Should provide some incentive for anyone that's looking for a great place to hunt quail.
Of course, carrying a nice Fox or other double and having great dogs would make it extra special.
