What is the Pro-Am, exactly? Who may shoot in it?

Stan I can get you close on this but I may be off on the selection process just a tad. Mike can chime in at some point and correct me. My understanding is that they take the 5 highest scores off the course and these are the Pros. The 5 lowest scores then become the AM's (Amateur), something tells me I am a little off on the selection of the AM's, maybe. Then the #1 Pro gets the #5 AM as a shooting partner, #2 Pro & #4 AM, and so on. Each team shoots 5 report pairs, AM must shoot first and the Pro backs up if he misses. If the AM hits the first bird the Pro then has full use of both barrels on 2nd bird if needed.

In response to who may shoot in it, anyone who qualifies.

If it’s a report pair the amature has to shoot at the first bird before the pro and at the second bird before the pro . If the pro breaks the bird before the amature shoots the bird is lost if I understood it correctly .
