The problem was rampant here this AM in NoVa. Lots of hand wringing while a local polling place recounted around 25K ballots in a frenzy of fine-tuning downward Republican Glenn Youngkin's win for Governor of VA. No one paid any attention to the recount because it was moot by about 75-100K ballots in Youngkin's favor. The Democratic polling police finally blamed in on Brandon.
