Eastern Insurance (Laura Sewell) has been totally irresponsive the last month. I wanted to update my list of covered gun about one month ago. I sent a e-mail to Laura and got no response for 2 weeks, I followed up with a phone call and e-mail and received a " I will get to your request in a couple of day". Still no response one month later which is totally out of character. Anyone else having issues???

I renewed my coverage in Mid April. I was close to renewal date so I called her and spoke directly with her and took care of it over the phone. It did take about three weeks to get the electronic receipt/renewal sent to my e-mail.

Mine lapsed because I wasn't paying attention. I called Laura and she took care of me over the phone. Always great service, but I will say that their confirmations, etc., are sometimes rather slow in coming.

It took them 3 months to deposit my premium check for 2021.

That could be a serious problem at "claim time".

I just dropped Collect Insure and went with Eastern. My calls and e mails were returned in a very timely manner. Much better than Collect Insure. I was very pleased with rates and communications.
