Pleasant suprise in the mail tonight, received two Letters from Mr. Callahan; mailed my request on Sept 1. Very nicw response; I had expected to wait a little longer. One is for a B Grade, SN 104xx, manufacturing completed and shipped on July 31, 1908.

Hey Scott, good deal on the letters. Compare shipping date with my CE Fox "Matilda" s/n 106xx, only ~200 numbers newer than your B grade but shipped about 9 months later, April 1909. Frank

Having good success, I am thinking of requesting a letter on another very early Fox gun, SN 26xx. I have read, however, that the records were not maintained from the beginnings, in 1906.
