A slight nit to pick with the letter. When introduced in 1919, the A.H. Fox Gun Co. catalog only listed the J-, K-, and L-Grades and mentioned high grades to $500. Likewise the first IMPORTANT--Change of Prices sheet to list the SBTs November 30th, 1919, only lists the J-, K- and L-Grades --
The catalog text remained the same through the 1921 catalog, but the very next IMPORTANT--Change of Prices sheet added the M-Grade at $500. I don't have a 1922 catalog, but by the 40 page 1923 catalog the M-Grade is described in the catalog.
