Meant to respond earlier but life got in the way - I give a big 4 "greats" to your post - great bird, great gun, great photos, great hunter! (I'm glad you listened to me and didn't sell that gun!). Going through my gunroom trying to find my peg and slate call that took my 18-pounder up on Backbone Mountain in NW MD 50-odd years ago. I promised it to my son-in-law; he went yesterday morning but no shots; waiting for a report about today. His folks have a prime 18+ acre tract along the Patuxent River watershed below Lower Marlboro MD that simply reeks of turkey, woodcock, deer and wood ducks. Good on ya! Kevin

He was too close for that. Actually I've killed 4 Turkey's with my Foxes over the years. 3 with the Abbygun and this one. Normally I always carry the Abbygun, but decided to go small bore this time.
