This sideways thing is something new, and frustrating.
I'll try something new:
This worked just fine but I had to load the photo to Flickr first then upload the URL. The problem seems to be the "Upload Attachment" feature on our website.
Anybody else have this happen recently? I used to be able to use the upload feature without any issues.

Jeff and Roger -
Ditto with the picture alignment problem, but not always. All of mine I post are taken with cell phone; I began to suspect that how I shot the picture initially (e.g., vertical hold or horizontal hold to get the whole image I wanted in the frame) was the cause. Experimenting around a few times after resizing, cropping, etc. my shots that looked great as I saved them but posted tilted or upside down when I checked "Preview" on my post, I simply went to "Rotate Image" on the edit function then rechecked "Preview" on the post function until it came out right. In other words, an image that would not post correctly vertical would do so after rotating it L or R, sometimes 2 or 3 times. A PITA, but sort of gratifying to see the image come out like you want it. Kevin

I appreciate y'all boys' pictures. It keeps me jacked up until our woodcock season comes in way down here. Nothing is in right now. It "gets back right" Thanksgiving Day.

ROMAC and Jeff, I have the same problem with sideways pics. I can post on 4 forums and 2 will have a sideways pic. Not every pic, just 1 out of however many I post. But, if you click on the pic in the post it will be "rightside up" on your screen. It's beyond my pay grade!

Beyond your pay grade!!!! Now that you are the editor a major magazine inserting pictures should be easy. You could invite a bunch of us over to Rock Mountain and hold a photo "workshop".

In the same line of thought as the pump guns on this thread----
Funny, when I was 11 years old I received my very first shotgun for Christmas. Up to that point it was the BEST CHRISTMAS EVER!! It was an Ithaca model 37 Featherweight in 12g with a M bbl. I eventually traded it to a collector friend for an 870 so I could get a slug bbl and compete in steel challenge shotgun events. Fast forward to 2019, my buddy that still had the gun was coming up from Elliot Island, MD to visit at Thanksgiving. We got to taklking about the pump guns we haven't used in at least 20 years. He said it's only right that I once again have that Ithaca!! I traded him the 870 and slug bbl back and am once again the owner of my very first shotgun!! Christmas of 1973 lives on!!!!!!!!!! God bless us, everyone!!

Mike, my 1st shotgun was a M37 20 ga when I was 12. It was a very nice gun. My next gun was a M50 Winchester.
