thank you Frank for another well written article. My copy arrived this week. It appears that I didn't read two notices that my subscription was about to lapse. I take back some of my disparaging remarks about our mail delivery system. I hope I pay better attention to future notices. Thanks to the folks at the DGJ for getting me back on the mailing list.
