Re: Fox BE fills a slot.
Thanks Tom, it's been a long drought for me acquiring a Fox for my personal collection, the last one before this BE was my DE 12ga Pawn Shop Gun in January 2020. I have one other Fox in my sights that's in a private collection that I'm hoping to score on soon.

Re: Fox BE fills a slot.
Nope, not marked "MODEL 1910".
Just the typical "FOX PROOF" in an oval over each barrel chamber and "B 15935"

Mine does not have the Fox oval proof stamp, they are all a little different.

My 15393 cards as a B-Grade, but now sports F.T. Russell ejectors. Also has a safety slide I have not seen on other guns --

My BE-Grade of this style, which I call 2nd generation, is 15393 buried deep in the safe. It cards as a B-Grade but now has the 1911 F.T. Russell ejectors. Only picture I have of it is this of its rather unique safety slide --
In one of Tom Kidd's articles, he mentioned that when the Russell ejectors were introduced the A.H. Fox Gun Co. fitted them to many extractor guns in inventory.
