Will,
Very neat M12,,,,,,, very unique.
I agree with Frank, I cannot get over the quality work that went into Remington sxs guns.... fit & finish is remarkable. Yes, they are truly undervalued in my opinion.

Re: Black Diamond
One of Will's guns was a very scarce CEO-Grade in 10-gauge with unfortunately whacked barrels. In decades of looking, I have not recorded a Remington 10-gauge Hammerless Double in any higher grade.

Re: Black Diamond
The 10 ga. CEO did find a very deserving home.
The gentleman was offered the same courtesy and declined to make an offer, either for fear of insulting me or otherwise and insisted I price it and I didn't feel comfortable doing so with the market as crazy as it has been.
I let him know also that the gun was available through Wards and wished him well.
Like Bill mentioned, you always take a chance at auctions and I personally distain reserves, but in these instances a "fair safety net" would have been appropriate.
The gentleman reported that he received the gun and had run it through it's first round of Sporting with no issues and much success.
It's now doing what it was intended to do. I never found the time or purpose for it and I am glad it is in good hands.
